                                     Fiber Fun Day at the Farm

Our 3rd Fiber Fun Day took place on a brisk October day.  We added a warm soup to the menu and some heaters to the fiber studio to help keep everyone warm.  It was great fun and lots of "fun" (as we have hoped and planned) was had by all!   We look forward to planning another day of Fiber Fun in the summer or early fall of 2011.  Check back in the Spring for more details.

Due to a variety of reasons, we had to postpone our Fiber Fun Day.  The new date is Saturday October 16, 2010.  The same schedule and menu will be served.

Join us for our 3rd Annual day of fiber fun.  We will spin mystery fibers from many different animals, eat delicious homemade food and share stories.
 
The cost for the day includes both supplies and the food.  $30 per person.

Morning Snack ~ 10:00 a.m. 
Cranberry-Orange Muffins and Maple Scones with Coffee or Tea

Lunch ~ 12:30 p.m.
Blue Corn Chips with Peach-Mango Salsa

Bourbon Baked Beans
Eggplant, Zucchini & Tomato Tian
Grilled Vegetable Bread Salad
Herbed Ricotta Tart

Afternoon Dessert ~3 p.m. 
Lemon Cornmeal Pound Cake with Berries & Cream
Maple-Mocha Chocolate Torte
